OUR VISION:
To encounter His presence
and empower lives
OUR CORE VALUES:
Health/Leaders are examples
We prioritize daily personal encounters with God. By maintaining our priorities in biblical order, this establishes our spirit, soul and body to remain healthy. As a result, relationships are established in purity, honesty and integrity.
Prov. 3:5-8; Matt. 6:33; I Peter 5:2-4; I Thess. 5:23
Trust/Lean into awkward
We will trust God in all things and trust the God in others. Relationships will be built by having conversations to develop this trust. Matt. 5:24; Matt. 18:15-20
Forgiveness/It’s not optional
There is no spiritual growth without forgiveness. When you forgive quickly, it is a sign of spiritual maturity and Godly character. Matt. 6:14-15; Col. 3:13
Genuine/Be authentic
We create safe spaces for people to share their concerns to receive prayer, help and love. Sharing your relationship with the Lord with others develops honesty and hope.
II Corinthians 12:9; James 5:16
Humility/Go low
We will give God all the glory for everything! We recognize it’s not by our might, nor by our power, but it’s only by His Spirit. We will pursue a heart that is always learning of the ways of God.
Prov. 18:12; Prov. 22:4; Col. 3:12; I Peter 5:5; Ps. 25:4; Ps. 32:8; Ps. 143:10; Zech. 4:6
Honor God and Thank Others
We honor God by obeying His word and thanking Him for all He is doing in our lives and in the ministry. We look to recognize and thank those that unselfishly serve God and serve others. We will give honor where honor is due.
Prov. 3:9-10; Rom. 12:10; I Peter 2:17; I Peter 3:7; I Peter 4:8-9
Holiness/Live a set-apart life
We know the closer we get to Him, the more we become like Him. Our desires are exchanged for His desires in our life. Our heart’s cry is not my will, but your will be done. II Cor. 7:1; Eph. 4:24; I Thess. 4:7; Heb. 2:14; Rom. 6:19
Stewardship/It ALL belongs to Him
Our time, talents, finances, relationships, everything, it all belongs to Him.
Ps. 24:1; Matt 25:14-30
Generosity/Freely give
We give of our time, talents and finances from a heart of love with pure motives. Prov 11:25; Prov. 22:9, 22L9; II Cor. 9:7; Rom. 13:8
Excellence/We serve the King with our best!
We represent and serve the Lord by doing the best we can with what we have.
Dan. 6:3; Ex. 31: 1-11; Col. 3:23-24
Communication/Clarity
We choose to slow down and communicate clearly today, so that we can move forward faster tomorrow. James 1:19; Rom. 14:19
